- They must graduate before 31 August 2024.
- Candidates must have an excellent academic record.
- You must have a good record of extracurricular activities such as leadership responsibility, community engagement and social responsibility.
- Candidates must be proficient in English language.
- English proficiency test results obtained before September 2022 are not acceptable.
